Jacob has been in the plumbing industry for a lengthy period of time. He has worked in all aspects of plumbing from commercial to residential. Jacob has found a passion for bathroom renovations and loves to exceed clients goals and is leading his team to do the same.
Jacob outside of plumbing is a family man at heart who loves sport.
Between catching waves, kicking a soccer ball or hitting a hockey ball Jacob is a passionate creative guy who loves to being in a team. From the team at home or the team at work Jacob is a great leader and is driven to achieve excellent results.

Meet Mitch, our plumbing technician extraordinaire! Specialising in residential plumbing and bathroom renovations, Mitch brings expertise and dedication to every project. Off-duty, you’ll find him camping, playing footy, or cherishing moments with his family. From apprentice to seasoned tradesman, Mitch has grown with us every step of the way. As our very first apprentice, he’s become an integral part of our team, mastering the craft of plumbing and embracing the joys of fatherhood.

Apprentice
Jaden is our newest addition to the team starting his plumbing apprenticeship with a toolbox full of skills and a passion for perfecting his craft. Jaden dives into every task with enthusiasm and precision. Off the clock, you can find him pitching a tent in the great outdoors, kicking a soccer ball around, or cheering on the Rabbitohs as they tackle the field. Jaden brings a unique blend of dedication and team spirit to our growing crew.
Gemma
Administration
Gemma has a work history in administration, ensuring smooth operations within the business such as scheduling, record keeping and communication. Her role with Downey Plumbing and Bathrooms is to assist in the daily running of the business behind the scenes.
Outside of work life, she loves a nice restaurant and a margarita when she’s not running around after her two little ones.
