This project involved the design and installation of a new stormwater drainage system to effectively manage surface water across the property. Linear trench drains were installed and integrated seamlessly into the existing concrete, ensuring efficient water capture in high-traffic and runoff-prone areas.

The system was carefully graded and connected to the property’s stormwater network to prevent pooling, erosion and water damage. Durable grates were selected to handle vehicle and foot traffic while maintaining a neat, low-profile finish that complements the surrounding hardscape.

This upgrade significantly improves drainage performance, protects nearby structures and delivers a long-term, low-maintenance solution for managing heavy rainfall and surface runoff.
